Hi! I'm Melissa Baal, Real Estate Agent at Gothenburg/Cottonwood Realty. I have been an agent since 2021. My husband is Jake and we have 2 amazing kiddos, Ella-12 and Brantley (aka Bubba)-9.

We also have a dog named Oliver. I love being a real estate agent and getting to work with the public. I have always been told that I am a people's person. I also volunteer for the Cozad Fire and Rescue as a Firefighter and EMT. I love working with the community to make it better. I enjoy looking at houses and helping people to either buy for the first time or start a new chapter at a different house. I enjoy selling houses as I get to interact with so many people. In my spare time you can find me traveling with my children to their sporting events, going to Nebraska Cornhusker football games, camping with friends, or just enjoying some down time relaxing in front of the television with the family.
