Sally Jochum, Owner/Broker

Sally has 35 years of experience in Real Estate and is a member of the National, State and Dawson County Board of Realtors. Sally has served on the Board of Directors of the Gothenburg Chamber of Commerce and is active with the Gothenburg Ambassadors.

Sally and her husband Jim live at beautiful Jeffrey Lake. They love spending time with their children and grandchildren and making memories on the lake.

Kristi Sukraw, Sales Person

Kristi entered the world of real estate in 1997. She worked the North Platte, NE area for the first eight years and joined Kiffin Murphy Real Estate located in Gothenburg with Sally Jochum. She specializes in residential and lake homes, commercial and farm/ranch properties.

Kristi has been active in the Dawson Co. Board of Realtors and the Gothenburg Chamber Ambassadors.

Kristi and her husband, Lewey live near Maxwell on a river acreage where they enjoy the wildlife and ATV riding on their maze of trails down by the river. Four children and six grandchildren keep them busy.

Peggy Yancy, Sales Person

Peggy received her Real Estate Sales License in 1995. She previously worked for Old West Realty and has 12 years experience in real estate sales. Prior to getting her real estate license, she worked as a nurse for 17 years. She also works with her husband, Dan at Yancy Insurance.

She and her husband have three daughters.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Dawson County Board of Realtors.

Dean Kugler, Sales Person

Dean has experience in banking, real estate and insurance. He is a member of the National and State Real Estate Associations and a Dawson County Board of Realtors member.

Dean has lived in the Gothenburg area for 40 years. He and his late wife, Karen, have three children and six grandchildren.

Dean has served as County Commissioner since 2002 and serves on many civic boards and committees.
